one of u readers must know this. Ive read that you need to
eat protien during the day to stay awake. then carbs at night
to release L-triptophan ot induce sleep. Im confused though,
if i eat carbs like rice/cereal/potatoes maybe even sugar,
wont these have a high GI index thus making it hard to
sleep.... Jason

Damn, that explains why everyone in my town has insomnia. They
all eat cereal for breakfast and meat for dinner.

It actually true, studies on a large group found that those
that ate protein for brekky had 4x less sleep chemicals in
their system 2-4 hours later than those that ate a pure carb
brekky.....that explains why i get tired after a carb
lunch.....
