I was wondering, is there any environment which would favor
(or simply not select against as much) Marfan Syndrome?

I don't know but a lot of nasty recessive genes are now
believed to have caused disease resistance to one or more
diseases when you just have one.

I myself was thinking of the side-effect, long limbs. Such
would provide a defense against heat stroke, certainly.
Obviously, the side-effect is that such a person would be very
vulnerable to frostbite, and some of the Marfan patients in my
own family are.

Of course, the nastier parts of Marfan syndrome, such as
degenerative eye disorder and heart problems, are bad news no
matter the climate.
