is anyone tried fat fast diet as dr.atkins says in his book? i think to try it for 4 days to see if i will lose something and forget about this "platau" :angel:

Hi Jospalato!

Why don't you check out the "Tips and stall" section of the forum? There are whole threads there on fat fast, what people thought of it, how to do it, etc.

I almost was about to try it after my first mini stall but it ended luckily with a big whoosh, so I'm sure yours will too soon!!
