I finished my morning coffee within 20 minutes today. I busted my goal time, but I had a giant cuppa and just couldn't throw it out. This is the FIRST morning in years and years that I did not leisurely sip my coffee throughout my morning.

Also, yesterday I made myself a cup of decaf in the afternoon rather than my usual regular pick-me-up. I paid for that little switch with a nasty migraine, but I am committed to really getting a handle on this aspect of CAD if it is that important.

Today I want to run a clean program. That includes keeping my RM's a bit more civilized. But this coffee issue is the biggie.

I am also making another major change to this long-time habit: I'm trading in my giant green cup for a smaller one... :agree: I can't tell you what an absolute nutcase I am about my big green cup...but, sadly, it makes me fill it to the top and drink too much coffee.

I'll make less tomorrow, and aim for a shorter drinking time. Just thought I'd make this public announcement...maybe it will help me stick to my guns! :p

Congratulations! You're on your way. I'm so glad you didn't give up on CAD rather than break the coffee demon. As I told you in the other thread, mine was diet soda and it was (is) so difficult, so pat yourself on the back for a GREAT job, well done. Everyday will get easier. Believe it.
