Hi. I have these strange headaches and leg aches that always
come together. They also go away together... I started having
them when on thyroid. I have since been off thyroid and still
have them off and on.
Could this be a calcium deficiency? Seem to get them worse
after eating nuts or lots of beef, or lots of carbonated
drinks like cokes, but I could be wrong.
PS these do not seem to be related to my other muscle aches
post so I'm posting it as a separate problem.
thank you.

These symptoms may be due to dehydration. Dehydration can
cause depleted minerals including electrolytes. Drink 8
glasses of spring water each day. You may want to take a
multi-vitamin with minerals with food. In addition you may
want to take 1000mg. of calcium and 400mg. of magnesium each
day with food. You may find that this hydration and mineral
combination is all you need. Always consult a health
professional before starting a supplement program. The nuts
may have too much sodium, imbalancing your potassium. Too much
protein (beef) can cause dehydration, if your main beverage is
a caffeinated soda. Start eating more vegetables and fruits
that have high water content, and will alkaline your system.
Good luck and stay healthy.

Not trying to be funny, but have you been particularly
anxious recently? A lot of vague aching problems have their
origins in anxiety.
