hey Tim....
Do you find you really need the 13lb capacity of the
6001 model?
Could I get away OK with the 3001 unit since it will only be
for food measuring?

Anyway..... I poked around your web page a bit and found it
very interesting.
Im thinking I should adopt you method of eating. Serious.
Adopt some of it anyway.
