Hi All,
I am thinking of trying the CALP Chromium option, but have found from past experience that some vitamins/nutrients can lessen the effectiveness of the birth control pill. I have done alot of research on the net have not heard of any side effects or warnings .... just curious if anyone is currently on this option or has any info as to possible warnings ??
