OK, I am planning to go over the border tomorrow, I want to buy Atkins food while I am there, as cheap as possible! Where Do I go?????????

I will be in Port Huron then to Detroit....

I can get Atkins bars here in Canada thats about it!

Hi, I am just across from Sombra ,Canada. South of Port Huron.


Krogers grocery store has Atkins bake mix,syrup, bars ,shakes,(atkins & eas) macadamia nuts,smuckers natural peanut butter, pork rinds( plain & bbq),and diet rite cola. My kroger is a newer store and they have the atkins products in their health food/vegetarian section by the pharmacy.
Walmarts has both shakes a lot cheaper.probably the bars too, but I don't buy them anymore, I make my pb cups. I haven't been able to go to a health food store .I don't know where any are in my area. Only Gnc but they don't have food , at mine anyway. Meijers has jicama,daikon ,and diet rite cola and white grape. If there is anything in particular you are looking for let me know. I am sure I have forgotten something. If you let me know exactly where you will be travelling I can tell you where these stores are, there are a few off I 94.

. You can look for trader joes at their website for locations , they are all too far for me to go.
I know you only asked for Atkins products ,but I just gave you everything I could think of ,in case they don't sell it in Canada.

Try to avoid the frankenfoods during induction at least... causes stalls and/or cravings for many.

Hey! I am just south of Port Huron - here in St. Clair!! I haven't actually bought Atkins products, so I can't help you much. I have "heard" that the GNC in St. Clair carries quite a bit but I haven't been there. Sorry I can't be of more help.

2 stores here that are probably in Detroit-Walmart and GNC (General Nutrition Centers). Also, Trader Joe's, as previously mentioned-

THis is what I came up with....

GNC had 30% off and so did Vitamin World in Birchwood mall...

I picked up bake mix...$8.40 (Vit. World)

Muffin Mix X 3.....$3.85 each (GNC)

Keto Milk, (GNC)

The bars were 1.79 ~ wal-mart I didn't get those because I can buy here...
