Hi, I think my message is slightly offtopic, but didn't know
which newsgroup should I post it on :) Is it beneficial to use
combination of DMSO (20-30% concentration) with Grape Seed
Extract on cut wounds to speed up the healing process? This
whole idea came to me after reading this website:

Grape seed extract helps speed up wound recovery http://www.g-
lobaltechnoscan.com/11thDec-17thDec02/wound_recovery.htm

I know that GSE is fine, but what about DMSO? I appreciate
your comments. John

Hmm nick won't like that - a site that says free radicals
speed up wound healing.

I know some people rub it into the skin to help their joints,
but it's not something I'd be comfortable doing. Apart from
anything else it has a sulphurous smell along the lines of
rotten eggs.

See http://ptcl.chem.ox.ac.uk/MSDS/ME/methyl_sulfoxide.html
for safety info.
