from which I extract:

"Some of you folks may be wondering who this Ed Conrad dude is
and why he is in your group.

The way this works is that Ed crossposts between newsgroups,
two of his favs are Talk.origins and s.a.p (talk.origins
however he might be filtered or something, tough call on that
group), but in s.a.p. noone will even give him the time of
day, so in order to keep his pollution going he targets
completely unrelated groups in hopes of finding dupes who will
respond to him and thus drag his pollution around the
killfiles using nascent repliers."

I consider deliberate attempts to crosspollute other
groups unacceptable. Far less unacceptable than attempting
to aviod killfilters. It was your regs who claimed that
killfilters can solve all problems, well can they? Or let
me put it to you this way what is the best way to handle
the misrepresentations of this groups regs when they spill
those misrepresentations into other groups.

Which I include in its entiriety!

There is always a choice. Say its OK because of his exhaulted
accomplishments and the fact that he should not be limited by
the normal restrictions of human society, or you can do
nothing, or you can say its time for PD to keep his raving
insanity under control. Ive tried.
