Being fat has been a comfort zone for me. It is like a shield that protects me. Letting go of that has been very difficult. I struggle daily to not sabotage my little successes. I am making it, because of all the wonderful people on this board!!! thanks millions...

Like you referred to....its not always the diet itself that we struggle with, its ourselves and stepping outside of our "comfort zone".
