hey,
i cant give you a recipe but i found some at walmart yesterday. you could get some and read the ingredients. what i found was le carb ice cream. it has 6 carbs for 1/2 a cup. the container serves four. the ingredients were pretty simple so maybe you can make it that way if no one has a recipe.

I just altered the recipes in the ice cream maker book I have when I got a machine of my own.
It came out really good and low carb!

1/2 cup water
2 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream (15 carbs)
2 tsp. vanilla extract (1-3 carbs)
1 egg (.6 carbs)
1/2 cup Splenda or 12 packets (6 carbs)

Heat water and 1/2 cup of water and 1/2 cup cream together until warm. In separate bowl mix egg and Splenda together. Add warm mixture to egg mixture. Place back on stove and heat low till it looks like liquid pudding. DO NOT BOIL. Let sit till room temperature. Add remaining cream and vanilla. Makes 8 1/2 cup servings at about 3 carbs a serving. Have fun!!

Here is another one for you!:yay:

3 egg yolks
3 cups heavy whipping cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
approx 1/2 cup splenda

Heat the yolks and cream until hot but not boiling, should coat spoon. DOn't want to scramble the eggs.

Let cool and add vanilla and splenda. Place in ice cream maker and enjoy.

The title of this recipe was called 2.5 carb per serving, but I realized that if you eat it just vanilla it is 2.5 for the whole thing. It's really good if you add frozen strawberries (thawed) to it.:wiggle:
