I have these little tubs of coffee creamer and the box states 0 carbs but there is some sugar in them. I know you have to count the carbs, would I be safe in saying that 2 tubs is 1 carb? Im trying to fill out fitday for the first time in a long time and cant seem to find them.

Non-dairy creamer is usually loaded with hydrogenated oils (Trans-Fat). I would reread the ingredients list before using any of it.

Ahh ok.. Might have to switch back to heavy cream. Thanks
