I started atkinson diet yesterday. Alas, in the country where i live there aren't books that i need. so it's very hard for me to know what to eat and what i shouldn't touch. for example today i had 100g of pistachios and now i found that it has many carbs. uh..i would be very thankful for help!

Hello Jessy,

Where do you live?

You can order books easily through amazon .com. Did you have a look at the tips section at the top of this page as Bonnie advised in a previous post?

There are a whole load 'o links here, but there is no substitute for actually reading a book on the subject.

We have many of these links in our links section, except for sites who don't want to link back to us :( I simply stopped adding links, if the webmasters don't care to link to us in return. Some exceptions are made for official sites that are important, but that's about it.

Why oh why does life always do this to me. Just today I decided I was spending too much time in front of the 'puter. Went to the library and got some yummy books to bury my head into.

But couldn't resist a little peek before I sat down and there's all these links. I don't even know where to start. Or whether I should get on with the book instead grrrrr.

Not sure if I wanna say Thanks Karen !

Take care.

I'll never start reading my book at this rate. And I am so dying to log off and start it ..... but I just can't.

The good thing is I haven't even thought about food all this time.

Take care.
