Why does doing lc and having my period, wear me out, I haven't had energy to knock fire off my self, if I were on fire. But it has been really draining, I don't feel like chaseing after my boy. It wiil go away was my friend has right. ???

More than likely it will pass after TOM is over. This is probably the first one you have had since starting LC right? You are just going through some adjustments.

I am lucky enough not to have this TOM guy anymore.... we used to call it Ethel. I had surgery in December and my plumbing was all removed. However, I still get drained on some days... I have been on this since early May and still have the occassional blah blah day......

lacey,

i'm having the same problem. i can't hardly get motivated to exercise and when i do, it's hard to get all the way through my workout. i've been told this will pass but it hasn't let up at all so far. also, my weight has been stalled for about 3 weeks now. very discouraged.

Yeah I do hope we start moving along. I really want to exercise, I was starting to jog a little. My weight will not move either, I heard so many good things about this diet but I didn't know that so many people were going through the same thing as I. I wonder why some people just lose and lose. And I stay stuck.

lacey,

well, i finally got up the energy to exercise. i did my firm tape and made it all the way through. i've decided i'm just going to have to make myself do whatever i can. maybe as i do more, i'll get more energy. i certainly hope so and i hope the lbs. starting coming off. i know i'll lose slower since i don't have much to lose, but it's hard to keep motivated. just hang in there, it'll come off.

To me it's a "chicken and the egg" thing... I don't feel like moving, and get more tired because I'm NOT moving...

Also, I've tried upping my carbs a bit during TOM, even if I'm just adding an extra treat like lc chocolate pudding or pork rinds, my "Ethel" is quieted, and I find a bit more energy. After the worst is over, I go back to induction for a couple of days.
