i just got back from the doctor and was told that my total cholestral was 126. I am over weight and need to watch my cholestral. I want to go on the Atkins diet but it seems that his diet is full of cholestral. Can anyone help me with this dilemma?
I am sure that someone else has run into this problem. Thanks for any help.
