Has Dr Bernstein updated his book?

Has anyone heard that Dr Bernstein has updated his book and it will be out later this year?

Here's the story. I was on half.com a few weeks ago. I was going to order a friend the book, because I'm not parting with mine for a day! :)

Anyway someone was selling a preview copy of Dr. Bernstein's book. Said it was coming out in August 2003. Wondering if this is legal or not, I emailed the person asking about it. I never heard anything and when I got back to check the listing it was gone.

But this got me to wondering so I went to his site and couldn't find anything about it.

To feed my book addiction, I was going to buy his book a couple of months ago and noticed at my bookstore that he has a new one coming out. So I decided to wait.

www.chapters.ca has a listing for a new version it says is due Aug 2003. So it looks like it, yes.

That kinda says it all, doesn't it? If you're diabetic and don't have this book, don't wait to buy it. You need to have it today , no matter what edition is the latest.

When the new edition comes out, I will buy that one too. Then I will have two editions of "the bible".

I agree. I bought the current edition knowing a new one was coming - even having to special order it at full price ($40)

I'll get the new one when it's out, too.
