maybe someone can help me here.I have been pretty good,only weigh abt once every month.Well first thing this morning i weighed and was up 8lbs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Yes i cheated alittle but nothing ever like this happened.And that was like a week ago.Now my TOM of month is again late so could this be water weight? If so that is alot of water.And i am drinking the green tea shouldn't that help with water?I also started excrising abt a week and half ago.So i don't understand,any help would be great!!!!!!!!!!
And first thing this morning i started downing the water!!!!!!!!
maybe i should try the meat fast

Why don't you take the carbohydrate addicts test here (http://www.entelechy.to/amarillazone/Carb/quiz.html) and see if you need CAD.
Otherwise, you need to pick a plan, see "Which low-carb plan is right for me?" and stick to it strictly, following all its rules for three weeks.
Cheats, on any plan, can sabotage you.

You might want to start weighing once a week so you can see if the scale is creeping up sooner. Also examine what else you are eating. There may be hidden carbs your not aware of. Alot of high salt items such as bacon, pork rinds, nuts and so on can cause massive water weight retention. Are you having caffine or asperteme?
