I have been low carbing for a while now and would be willing to trade any bars, shakes or bake mixes that someone has bought and does not like! :o I have an extra 3 pound can of sliced ALMONDS. These are blan, they have no coating and are not roasted. I live in Ohio and can UPS, so let me know what cha got! :D

I have 2 bags of Just the Cheese (1 pizza,1 Jalapeno flavor) and 1 cheesecake mix (carb counter brand ordered from Atkins website) and 2 pks La Tortilla Factory tortillas (plain) in the freezer. I aso have a box of Atkins Morning Start breakfast cereal that I bought last week and opened and ate one serving and didn't like that I'll throw in. I would understand if you are not interested in that one since it was opened. Keep in mind that this is all stuff that I didn't like so you may or may NOT like any of it. I've not yet posted my require 25 posts to qualify for PM messages so I'll check back to see what you have to say here. I'm in Texas so I think the tortillas will travel well via UPS.
