I finally figured it out! Last wk end we had Ham for dinner..what was left over I fried up w/some eggs for breakfast. That was really yummy, but :rolleyes: I ended up 5 lbs heavier this AM when I got on the scales. Been Peeing all day :eek: ..but the weight is coming off. The ham is too salty made me retain ALOT of fluid :(
Trust me..salt & salty foods do make you gain weight..if only temp. :wave:

They make you retain water, but it goes away. Drinking more water will actually help to keep you from retaining it, oddly enough.

I dug out the left over ham from christmas, yes christmas! And althought I didn't eat a lot of it (I think 5 months in a freeze may have been to long!) I was up two pounds the next morning! At least the 2 pounds, along with the left over ham were gone the next day! :D

It's all gone now cept the soup bone, which I prolly won't use cause I can't eat beans :(

Thanks, he is the smartest dog I have ever had, and that is saying a lot! I grew up on a very busy road. :(

To put your pugs pic in, go back to Edit Options, where you picked out your avatar, and in there you can put in a custom avatar. :wave:
