I've been using this exact same thing... usually at night when I want something sweet and nothing seems to work! Yes, very rich - quick and easy! Do remember that cocoa power has carbs too -- I forgot that till I made it this last time and actually looked at the container. Yummmm!

I know, I use Fryes unsweetend cocoa powder, its minima amount so the carbs are still low.

Try freezes it, real soothing.

I just threw some together "to taste" but I started with about 2 oz of cream cheese and went from there. Gosh, I might live now...I was DYING for something chocolatey! :D
