:confused: what can I do to jump start my weight loss again??? I have been low carbing for 7 months and seem to have hit a plateau.... I work out 5 to 7 times a week and recently started jumping rope and I am still stuck.....Any suggestions?????/

I guess first question is what are you eating? And are you getting enough fluids.
How long have you been stalled?

Are you taking measurements? Are your clothes getting looser? You may be losing inches, not pounds.
