I dearly love this stuff too.....it's actually cheaper at the airport where I work than in the grocery store. Only $1.99/bag! I have no trouble limiting myself to 3 pieces as I know from painful experience what the result is if I have more.

I know what ya mean. Ate a serving of RS SF Toffe(sp?) bars, a serving of RS SF PB cups, and a whole tin of some sugar alcohol flavored tart candies. Reminded of the colon blow skit on SNL, or that one scene from dumb and dumber...=) Never again will I do that!

The new sugar free hersheys are soooooooo good. The most I've had in a day was 3, no effect. Althoug one Atkins shake and I'm sick. I try to eat one hersheys a day maybe 2, and it hasn't stopped the weight loss. Thank God for them.
