tsp of baking soda is too much. The box says do not do more than half a tsp at a time (because of the sodium content) for acid indigestion. My acid reflux has stopped altogether on the WOL (for the first time in two years!) but I did do half a tsp of baking soda for a little heartburn a couple days ago and that worked fine...

Might want to look at what you're eating and when you get the heartburn. Could be a matter of simply eliminating a certain food from your diet.
The only time I've gotten heartburn was when I was pregnant. You got that going for you. ;)

Try digestive enzymes with your food. This works for heartburn as well as other digestive ailments. :sunny:
