My husband and I are still on the induction diet and are getting burnt out on water. Can we have koolaid made w/Splenda? I was trying to figure out the carbs and it seems that it would be 2 carbs per (8 oz) cup.

Just remember during induction a max of 3 servings of any artificial sweetner is all that is allowed daily.
