Anyone else have issues with Fitday, or is it just me? I can't track my intake on fitday during the day..so I have to do it all at once..that is a real pain. Then, I'm not really sure of the *quanity* of food eaten. It takes me about 1/2 hr to enter all everything and figure it out..then i don't think it's accurate cause I'm not accurate :(
I think it's a nice concept tho.. I can use it to ck out carb grams..but then I have a book for that...oh well, just my opinion.. :wave: love you guys

I had a lot of the same problems in the beginning also, but it has gotten easier. Now I'm at the point that I don't use it everyday because I have a pretty good idea about the counts in the foods I eat.

The sugar craving is almost completely gone. Every once in awhile I think about cream puff type pastrys, but it passes quickly. Kinda reminds me of how I used to feel after i quit smoking. I would get flashes of wanting a cigg..then it was gone. That lasted for months, but I never caved in and haven't smoked in 12 years :roll: :roll: :roll: :roll:

Hi

I can get into Fitday during my morning or early afternoon. However, that is when its the middle of the night for most people in the States. Definitely cant get in during the evenings. I like to see how I'm going with both my carbs and calories before going to bed. Cause I dont lose if I have less than 1600 calories a day.
