ive been on atkins for about 2.5 weeks. i lost 15lbs the first week and nothing since then. i dont have any symptoms of ketosis (breath, lots of energy, etc) but the keto strips say that i am in ketosis. im betting im probbaly not since i havent lost weight in 1.5 weeks :-/ am i? i definitely stay under 20 carbs a day although its possible that i do not get enough fiber, could that keep me from being in ketosis?

If the strips say that you are in ketosis, then you probably are. They are an objective form of measurement, verses your subjective form. If you lost fifteen or so pounds the first week, congratulations and keep up the good work! Don't worry about the scale. Put it out of sight and out of your mind for a week, just get on with your daily life and keep the strips purple. You are doing really well, don't let yourself stress out over this, enjoy the changes that you will start noticing in your body.

Make sure you eat your veggies and drink all the water you can so you will get rid of the fat via elimination. :thup:
