I am on the Atkins diet, which I started this Monday, I had a total hysterectomy and I must drink my soy milk every day to help with hot flashes. Does anyone know of a low carb soy milk out there that is ok to use? Any help is appreciated.

I have recently tried some unsweetend soy milk, 5 carbs per 8 ounces, but 4 of those are fiber. on being low carb!

to me, the plain unsweetened soymilk is rather gross, but there is a brand called soy slender that is sweetened with sucralose that is really good. it only has one net crab per cup and it comes in cappuccino, chocolate and vanilla. ive only had the cappuccino and chocolate and they are both really good.

I use unsweetened soy milk at times, just check the label for the carb content, it varies.
I don't care for it that much just as it is though.
I have used it to make a protein shake with protein powder, instead of water, that is ok.
Just as a drink, add a splenda and a tablespoon of cream, now that is tasy if it is chilled.
 :p
