Can you please help me with this? I need to be sure it is not because of the Atkins diet. This happened once before while I was on this diet.
Also I stopped loosing weight, and am in slight ketosis.

Are you drinking enough water? I looked on webmd for a clue to having "green" urine. But I didn't find anything. Maybe it's looks darker because you are dehydrated and not drinking enough water. Victoria

are you taking vitamins? Mine is a much brighter color about an hour after I've taken mine?
Any other meds that are new?
I don't know, just a couple of thoughts.

vitamin B2 (riboflavin) is a dye, and will turn the urine dark yellow. Beta carotene will also dye the urine, although it'll be more orangey than green.
Dehydration will lead to darker urine, as the others noted.
Some foods, such as dark green vegetables like asparagus will darken the urine.
If your urine continues to be dark in colour, and you're drinking lots of water (note ... WATER, not tea, coffee, sodas) .. and if there's burning or pain in your bladder area and/or when you urinate, it would be wise to visit your dr. as you may have an infection.

Thanks for the replies...
No new vitamins and no drinks with artificial coloring, except for the Akin shakes. I haven't been eating hardly any vegetables either. I do take the EAS Fat burner...but I swear my weight will not budge below 150. I feel like I am hardly eating at all, and I do drink a lot of water also. It is a very pale like green...almost blue.
I thought about calling my doctor today.
Thank you so much
