Hi!!
I am a New Englander and I have absolutely no experience with pork rinds. They sound gross. Could someone here tell me, what exactly IS a pork rind? Maybe I'm picturing the wrong thing, but all I can think of is fried hairy pig skin.

Someone enlighten me as these Atkins chips are getting expensive!!
