Help! Hair Loss

Help, I am losing my hair! I must admit I started out real
strong with taking vitamins (Basic #3 & dieters advantage)
in the beginning of my LC journal and I have really slacked off.
Now I am paying for it! I know I need to start the vitamins back up again.

Has anyone else experienced hair loss?

Also, what are the best vitamins to take??? Any suggestions
are welcome!!!

I did. I started taking biotin 1000 m a day. If you do a search there is a real long thread about it.

I've lost a lot of hair too. However I have new growth coming in. I feel like my old golden retriever...LOL

I guess the body was freaked when I started losing the pounds. Now that my losses have slowed down I am losing less. I do have female family members who have little to no tresses. UGH!
