Waiting for my book in the mail. Can someone give me a basic rundown of his plan? I am on Atkins but thinking of switching.

Basic plan:

30 grams of carb per day split as 6 grams for breakfast, 12 for lunch and 12 for dinner. Snacks, if you have them, are carb-free.
No fruit is allowed.
Otherwise, it's very much like Atkins OWL.
