Hi brw,

If you mean diarrhoea, ;) then a fibre supplement such as psyllium will help.

It's interesting stuff - fixes both diarrhoea and constipation, by softening yet adding bulk.

The down side is that it is not the most pleasant tasting stuff in the world - kinda like drinking chaff in water. I find if I flavour the water a little with something like lemon juice, it helps a great deal.
The dose is 1 tablespoon in a glass of water. It is very important that you drink plenty of water while taking psyllium, or you could wind up constipated. :(

Psyllium also comes in capsules, but I found it was so much more expensive, that it was worth holding my breath and screwing up my nose for thoise few seconds every day. :D

Something that really helps me with certain foods, that give my stomach difficulty is digestive enzymes from the health food store. I take 1 capsule right before I eat (eggs is my worst), and my stomach & digestive tract feel great. Acidophilus also can help for digestive problems. Hope this helps.
