Anybody notice the other day, US Sec'y of Health Tommy Thompson wants everybody to get fit, says he himself has cut down on the starches and bread? Yikes, a closet atkins guy. The Pyramid people will be tying themselves in knots behind their desks.

He's out of the closet, actually. In another article reported on this forum (do a search) Thompson's on record saying that he's going to use his bully pulpit to encourage a lower-carb diet for people, and is open to using incentives for business like fast food chains to offer low-carb options.
