JC Annand wrote about damaged protein in milk (due to
pasteurization) doing serious damamge in Atherosclerosis
journal in the early 1970s. So now you've got something else
to worry about... Why not eat organic butter? At least that is
not homogenized, and there is no protein to be damaged by
pasteurization.

"Homogenised milk is a real killer and is especially bad for
kids. The Gov't does the "WIC" thing which allows ONLY
"homogenised" milk as a product to buy at a discount. This
tells me a lot about the FDA. SIDS is rampant among
babies...even we lost a baby in 1963 due to this LIE. We lived
at high altitude which is a death sentence to any baby given
shots before 6 months and preferably NOT before 9 months. If a
baby gets a cold..it can easily turn into pneumonia as well. I
MUST be taken to below 4500 ft above sea level to even
survive! NO baby has an immune system much less the beginning
of same before 6 months, Needless to say the last baby was
nursed 3.5 yrs and is the most healthy lady you've ever seen.
Her Mother became a real believer. That baby is NOW 3+ and
just presented us with our first Grand child, a boy. He is
extremely healthy as a result od paying attention to all rules
including NO "Homogenised" Milk.

However "Homogensed milk can be put in reverse...and made
safe. It is to be simmered for about 5 minutes ( not boiled)
then ooled overnight. The dangerous X-) enzyme that does all
the damage floats to the top when cooled and becomes an UGLY
pancake. This is simply tossed and SWEET pure milk is the
result that refrigerates even longer as well. I have given
these instructions to dozens of WIC mothers and all have
succeeded in making the milk SAFE! It might be a good idea
for this info to be continuously passed on and MAYBE the
"Dairies" may comply with "Cream Line" milk as was available
some years back,. Eve SKIM has been Homogenised...what at
travesty. I now MAKE my own milk ( needed for cramp control
as milk cntains a balance of Magnesium, Phosphorus, and
Calcium...the formulaa for good bones and cartilages. make it
special i gallon at a time with SANALAC dehydrated SKIM milk.
Pure Whipping cream may be added to give it th balance
needed. A touch of clover honey guarantees longer life. Honey
is the world's most perfect food. It has NO Sucrose. Only
about 18% Glucose, the compatible compound to all muscles. It
has 53% protein and only 3.8 percent Fructose. Other good
ingedients apply as well.

Think HEALTH..I am 70 plus but physically about 30. Careful
food planning and balance helps. NEVER mix Protein and
starch...but Veggies ( Carb's) go with either starch OR
Protein..Never mix Protein with Starch. Hamburgers ( with a
wheat or worse yet, a bleached white flour BUN are the worst
possible thing one can eat.Gas is the result!

But aren't we talking atout homogenisation?

Butter is refined fat. We were talking about milk.

Non-organic butter IS homogenised?

And this supplies any protein requirements how?

Why do you persist in fucking about with your message headers?
