What is the idea behind these shopping lists you keep posting?

It is her diet for a day.Wake up, one egg on a shopping
list...get real.
I suspect that she gets two to three times the vitamin E you
consume in day.

It's normal to delete sigs without comment. Makes one wonder
why you did what you did here.

Many folks mighy buy one egg at the corner shop near me, Wake
up yourself. "Shopping list" can be used in Oz as a general
term for any "list" . Not in your neck-of-the-woods?

Shezaaam she should get a medal for that :)
Why would she need any more than that derived from a varied
wholefood diet?
So how is one supposed to know what these bald lists of food
are supposed to mean? I merely asked what these [shopping]
lists were.
