Lemon Ice Cream
Dissolve 1 pkg sugar free Jello Lemon gelatin in 1/4 cup cold water
Beat 2 eggs until lemon colored
Add 3/4 cup Splenda to egg mixture and mix well
Then add 2 cups 1/2 & 1/2 and 1 cup heavy whipping cream to mixture.
Add dissolved lemon Jello
then I grate a teaspoon of lemon zest into mixture.

Place mixture in table top (no ice or salt needed) ice cream freezer and freeze about 8-10 minutes til consistency desired. Enjoy!!!!
