This was my first attempt at making soup and, unfortunately, I didn't measure anything, so I can't tell you how many carbs, etc, But the only ingredients were:

leftovers of one bunch of celery (leaves, ends of stalks, etc)
2 cans of chicken stock
green onions
very old cheese
whipping cream
salt & pepper

Bring to a boil and then lower temp to simmer, the celery, green onions and chicken stock--and enough water to cover everything--and cook for about an hour or until everything is mush.

Strain and put the broth back in the pot and add whipping cream, grated cheese and S&P and cook awhile longer to concentrate flabours. Chill overnight.

I don't have a food processor--or I would have zapped everything instead of straining--but it turned out pretty well.
