Take magnesium oxide 1-2000mg per day for a few weeks at

Can't you read? The body's pH can't be changed.

Where are the data showing high dose magnesium does more than
potentially cause diarrhea?

Who cares. You can experiment with it at minimal risk or
suffer and whine.

LOL....don't get bitchy, Bob. I think you might suggest that
people ramp up the dose over a few days. It may be that the
cause of the eye twitch will resolve on its own, with or
without the Mg.
It is an inexpensive intervention. I'd just been reading an
article on the lack of bioavailability of most oral
Mg--that its best benefit is via IV use....so I was hoping
you'd have some info that countered that. If you dig any
up, please share!

LOL!! More than 100 mg of Magnesium in an eight hour period
can and most likely WILL cause The trots. However..always
balance your minerals with the catalysers needed or they
just go THROUGH you with little effect. The rule: Vit C
catalyse Vit E, which with the help of Vit B6 caatalyses ALL
minerals effectively. WHy waste them by making intestial
FODDER out of them?
The best source of USABLE magnesium is in NON HOMOGENISED
Milk. The majick TRIO of Magnesium, Phosphrus, and Calcium
keep muscles and ligaments in TONE (They also prevent those
painful leg cramps after exercises or in older folk come on at
any time...usually at night! ) If you want a GOOD recipe for
making a really tastey milk from Powdered product (safer)
write me an e-mail and I'll spell it out. Smiles!! B-0b1
