Well...it could be a couple of things. Less volume/bulk and less fiber. What goes in eventually comes out, but if that volume is less, then the output will be less as well.
If you're not experiencing constipation, which is defined by the consistency of your stools, not the frequency, then I wouldn't be too concerned about how often your bowels move. You don't need to have a bowel movement 2 or 3 times a day to be healthy.
Constipation is defined as having hard, dry, difficult to pass stools. The remedy for that is more fiber and plenty of water.
Increasing the bulk of the food you eat may help. That means eating more high fiber veggies and possibly taking a fiber supplement as well such as plain psyllium husks in water.

What are high-fiber vegges that are low in carbohydrates? I have this problem too, although I have only been on the diet for 3 days now. This day (the 3rd) is always my hardest on any diet.

Broccoli and cauliflour, among others.

Cheese is a notorious gut plug. If you are eating a whole lot more
cheese it will cause you to be constipated. We are supposed to add cheese to our diet but beware

I find authentic green tea - like loose leaf imported stuff not found in your regular grocery stores, kind of bitter tasting works better than any fiber supp to get things moving. I'm usually like clockwork in the morning if I'm eating my broccoli, but for the weeks of fat fasts, or meat fasts and such things can slow down.
