Ok im looking at the induction :) I see free food is all protein, im good with that!!!

There is a list of 10percent or less carbs.... vegetables...


I am allowed 20 grams !! understood.... i assume it is from the 10 percent or less list right??? and if so how do i know the values of say Celery, or Mushrooms, Romaine to add up to the 20grams....


Starting in the morning!! im physced!! I can do THIS!! hehe please clarify...
