Hi All,
How does one convert "100 grams" to something more user friendly for we people in the US who are lazy and haven't learned Metric? Thanks CindyRose

If you are talking about the carb counter under low carb tools on this iste if you click on the food and then when it pulls it up click where it says 100g and it should give you more choices like 1/2 cup or 1 cup try that ok :)
