2 eggs
1/4 SF soy milf
2T ground flax (can use more if desired!)
1t vanilla
1t cinnamon
1t splenda
Mix together and fry in butter!
Flax is almost 0 net carbs (lots of fiber and healthy omega-3s!) so I would guess this is about 2 grams net? I make this all the time for breakfast, I have played w/ ingrediants, and there are tons of options for this filling and healthy treat! Hope you like it as much as I do!
