MY ALLERGIES ARE TERRIBLE RIGHT NOW. WHAT EFFECT WOULD ALLEGRA OR CLARITIN HAVE ON MY WIEGHT LOSS? WHERE WOULD I FIND INFO ON THIS TOPIC?

Hi Cieple,

I take Allegra D twice a day and it has had no effect on my weight loss. I've never read anything to lead me to believe the pills could cause a stall.

All I can say that with my Allegra D, I must drink more water than usual; stay away from sodium or I wake up the next morning retaining a heck of a lot of water. My weight loss is slower now but that could be due to a lot of reasons not only the medication. FYI, I also take FLONAISE (nasal).

Hi Cieple,

Allegra has no effect on my weight loss...or my allergies! I know, they are so terrible right now. Never have I had such a terrible & sustained allergy problem.
