Hi There everyone!!!!
I've been checking this forum out for days and no one has posted a thread for a long time... nada!!!!
where are you all...?
Anyways wanted to say that finally I'm in big time Ketosis!!! I'm so proud...I've been sticking to the plan with no problem... my cravings have gone down a lot, and when I feel I'm gonna blow it
I have a handfull of nuts...
I can say I've been on this train for like 3 months and just now, I'm starting to feel this is comfortable and right...
I'm working out a lot, so I've gained some weight, I guess it's muscle as I look thinner... but so far so good.
Just bothers me the people that don't understand and tell me it's bad not to eat carbs and give me these long speaches, but I really dont have the energy to educate them, specially when they don't want to listen...

hello, well good for you. I am a lurker sometime low carb (Paleo) but invariable return to my sprouted breads, and white rice. I just can't stand the idea of not having them but once I do I have more than a fair amount. I really enjoy reading the posts. Paleo makes more sense than other traditional low carb.

You sound like weight is not a problem 4 u... anyway, if it helps,
it takes a couple of months to re-adjust, we have to break away from years of programing, where we have been told how to eat.
I thought at the bigining... no way I'll be able to give up eating,
cheese, for exmp.
But here I am...
Working on letting go of the sweetners (well... there's always something...)
