There's lots of recipes on this forum under breakfast ideas. Try grilled tomatoes topped with cheese. Probably leave out the seeds til you're out of induction. Currently, I have a bowl of linseed and cream and cheese and tomato for breakfast.

Atkins bake mix recipe can be found here:

I'm guessing you'll find most of those ingredients at a GNC or health food store.

I've been experimenting recently with LSA mix (linseed, sunflower seed and almond) ground up to make a sort of multigrain flour. Mix with an egg, a little butter and some splenda and baked.

Almond flour by itself is also a good substitute.

For breakfast, get creative. Why do you have to have traditional breakfast food?

I ate 2 hamburger patties (100% mince, no added carbs) with shredded cheese melted on them and a bit of Rosella diet tomato sauce this morning *YUM*

leftovers from the night before are good as well.

Eggs: quiches, add herbs, parmesan cheese. There is a recipe for a mock danish in the recipe forum which is really good. Make devilled eggs, add cayenne pepper (only a tiny tiny amount) for extra kick.

Or beat up an egg with a little bit of water, spread it out thin on a hot frying pan, cook, flip, cook, add a bit of cream cheese that you have beaten up with lemon extract and splenda to the middle and roll. Fabulous :)

Hi DJ
Have you tried scrambled eggs made with cream, and cooked in butter. They're really good and you get to feel self righteous while you eat them. ;) ;)

I tried that the other day and boy was it a yummy breakfast. It lasted me much longer too than the usual whisked up eggs cooked in butter. :)
