Okay, here's the deal: I'm not a complete newbie, but I've
had a few years away from regular excersize and weight
training (combination injury, road-warrior job/lifestyle).
Now that I'm getting back into it, I want to get some advice.
Here's my details:
Goal: Weight Loss/Fitness. I'm looking to drop about 50-60 lbs
Excersize program: Aerobic (30 min daily), followed by weight
training (30-45 min), alternating upper/lower body on M-W-F.
Swim laps (30 min) T-Th-Sat. Rest Sunday.
Diet: Meal 1: Whey Protein Shake (pre-workout) Meal 2: Non-fat
yogurt, banana Meal 3: Egg white sandwich on whole wheat
bread, apple Meal 4: Whey Protein shake Meal 5: Salad
(lettuce, tomatoes), w/grilled chicken breast or lean steak,
low-fat italian dressing
Supplements (prescribed dosages): Creatine L-Glutamine
L-Carnitine CLA EAS Betalean HP
Other:
- I Drink about 6x16oz bottles of water a day
- I take 8x500mg Chitosan and 4g Vitamin C prior to Meal 5
Is this sensible or have I been reading too many magazine ads?
