I have been reading about these things in the Atkins Forum. They seem to have a lot of different uses.
Does anyone know if they are available in Australia, and if so, where?
I have scanned a couple of supermarkets to no avail.
Thanks

I've found them in Safeway supermarkets here in vic.. next to the nuts in the chippy isle (I cover my eyes, run in, grab the pork rinds and run out again!)
I get the Gold Medal Snacks brand .. 0 carbs :D, but they do have MSG :(
You could try giving the manufacturer a call and see if they sell them in your area..

Thanks Abbey, I will do that.
BTW, you seem to be doing well on the weight loss. Congrats..........

Thanks.
As an extra tip, if you can find it, savion Spinach Dip has 0.5g carbs per 100g.. and the entire tub is 200g.. yummy low carb (1 carb) snack!
I've actually been stuck at this weight since my birthday in Feb, so as of today I'm back to 25g carbs a day, no sugar free lollies and I'm hoping to get the rest off by summer :exclm:

Try Coles as well, I've found them there but not all Coles stock them, ask at the 'customer service desk' and ask them if they can order it in for you, I buy them a box at a time (Daniel loves them as well) they keep fine and easier than relying on Coles stocking the shelves..
