This idea just came to me this morning. It's probably been posted here already. It was so yummy. I just fried an egg in olive oil and put it on top of some broken up pork rinds. Sort was like toast but with the bacony flavor. I don't miss toast to sop up the yolk anymore!

That sounds like a good idea. I'm going to try this tomorrow morning. It sure helps to get all kinds of ideas so as not to get in a rut. I too have been missing toast with my morning eggs.
