Hi all,
Does anyone know where I can get a carb count etc. for prawns??
They are not listed in Fitday, nor the carb counter here at the forum. I have been invited out for supper, doing fresh prawns and I so want to have some.

Aren't prawns the same as shrimp??? You know who would know , KAren...there a ask Karen's corner and I'm sure she would know
